The Honors Scholars Academy provides high school students the opportunity to enroll in dual credit classes through Dallas Baptist University. Classes are offered online or on-site at participating high schools and are fully transferrable. Find more information on our dual-credit handbook!

Benefits of the Honors Scholars Academy

Christ-centered Education

Not only will you earn dual credit for high school and college, but you will also experience a Christ-centered college atmosphere.

 

$5,000 Scholarship

Honors Scholars Academy students who successfully complete at least one course in the program are eligible for a $5,000 scholarship ($1,250 per year) when they enroll full-time at DBU after high school.

Priority Admission

As an Honors Scholars Academy student, you receive priority consideration during the DBU admission process.
